Fermentation of tobacco leaves
Beschreibung
Tobacco leaves are fermented to improve the quality of the final product. We investigate what chemical compounds are affected by fermentation processes and how fermentation processes can be optimised for best results. Main focus is laid on the volatile composition of tobacco leaves using GC-MS.
