Review of Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Inventory models for Food Side Stream Utilisation and Valorisation Pathways

The proposed project has two major goals.
Firstly, an accompanying review partly following ISO14040 / ISO14044 (ISO, 2006, 2017) shall support the quality of the LCA with a system expansion approach.
Secondly, the proposed validation shall check the documentation and the EcoSpold v1 data sets of the LCI according to the Database protocol of the FOEN LCI data DQRv2 (Frischknecht, 2023).
