WAI was founded as a spin-off from the Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI) by Lukas Tuggener and Simon Spalinger. The company focuses on the use of new technologies that demonstrably create added value. Its main product, TicketPilot, is a solution that makes the service, support, and maintenance of software more efficient through artificial intelligence and machine learning. Whenever software is used, users have questions, consult documentation, suggest improvements, discover bugs, and require support. These processes involve significant effort for software companies. TicketPilot simplifies, accelerates, and alleviates these processes. Key features of TicketPilot include automatic ticket classification, finding similar incidents, generating responses and solution suggestions, outcome predictions, sentiment analysis to measure customer satisfaction, and data anonymization.
