Pluripotent Stem Cell Services: REPROCELL provides services, reagents and customer training to support stem cell research. REPROCELL’s comprehensive service workflow includes patient-specific primary somatic cell line establishment, RNA-mediated cellular reprogramming, iPS cell line expansion, and banking, as well as differentiation to cardiomyocytes, neurons and hepatocytes, and other cell types.

Drug Discovery Services: Up to 90% of all Investigational New Drugs (IND) fail at some phase in clinical trials. This is mainly attributable to the fact that most IND research and development is done in animal models and 2D cell culture models which do not accurately reflect human anatomy and physiology. The translation of efficacy, clinical safety and toxicology data to humans is not assured.

REPROCELL has ready access to fresh human tissues through our extensive clinical networks and can design custom assays to provide predictive human data and de-risk your drug discovery programs. In addition, we are expanding our 3D cell model systems, using Alvetex technology. Alvetex Porous Substrates are extensively exemplified for 3D Tissue Bioengineering. Already available as a product for your in-house 3D model development, we now also welcome enquiries for custom 3D assay services.
